- The City of Oak Harbor has contracted with a local cultural resources firm—Equinox Research and Consulting—to do recovery work at the off-site dumping location for the Pioneer Road project in Oak Harbor. Brian Porter, TERO Officer at the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community, is coordinating the tribal work crew for the project.
