Details:  Tribes from around the Northwest come to Fidalgo Bay RV Resort for war canoe races.  Eleven years ago the Samish hosted canoe races on Fidalgo Bay for the first time in nearly a hundred years. Canoe races were regular events until the 1930s. Cash prizes.
