Join Olive Brend and Thea Roe, Samish staff, to learn about and discuss the history of Xws7ámeshqen (the Samish Language), including its development, relationship to other Coast Salish languages, and the resiliency and revitalization of Stómesh tse Sqwél7ten (Language Warriors) in the past century and a half. This session will also include a short Xws7ámeshqen lesson on everyday greetings.
