How It Works:
Track your moderate-to-vigorous activity each week, such as:
Walking, Jogging, Bicycling, Stationary Cardio, Machine Workouts, Interval Training
Floor Aerobics, Chair Exercises, Canoe Pulling, Court Sports, Field Sports, Gymnastics, Dance
Log your minutes weekly for 8 weeks to qualify for rewards
Rewards:
Each Fitness Challenge comes with fun, motivating rewards that match the effort you put in! Your prize is based on the tier you reach by the end of the challenge. The more minutes you move, the higher you climb!
Bronze: 480+ total minutes (60 min/week)
Silver: 800+ total minutes (100 min/week)
Gold: 1,200+ total minutes (150 min/week)

Winter: January 5, 2026 - March 1, 2026 (Registration Closed)
Spring: April 6, 2026 - May 31, 2026 (Registration Due April 3rd)
Summer: July 6, 2026 - August 30, 2026 (Registration Due July 3rd)
Fall: October 5, 2026 - November 30, 2026 (Registration Due October 2nd)
