The Samish Health Department would like to let Samish Citizens know that this Saturday October 23rd is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at various locations across Skagit County.
This is great opportunity “to remove medications in the home that are highly susceptible to misuse, abuse, and theft.” We hope you will have the opportunity to look through your prescription medications and safely discard them at the various take-back locations in Skagit County. Please see Skagit County's Press Release (skagitcounty.net) for a location near you. If you do not live in Skagit County, please use this link Take Back Day (dea.gov) to locate a collection site in your area.
