Rapid Re-Housing

Purpose: To provide financial assistance, counseling, and other services to prevent families and individuals from being evicted, losing their homes, and becoming homeless.

Definition of homeless:

Living in a place not meant for human habitation such as:

  • A vehicle,
  • RVs with no running water or electricity,
  • Abandoned buildings,
  • Couch surfing,
  • Sleeping outside or in a tent,
  • Living in a care facility or incarcerated & will be exiting into homelessness
  • Overcrowding.
